• CodeSages LLC retains rights to general methodologies, frameworks, and non-specific techniques
• Third-party libraries and frameworks remain subject to their respective licenses
• Pre-built solutions are licensed, not sold - see individual license agreements
• Client data and proprietary business logic remain exclusively owned by the client

Post-delivery support terms:

• 30-day warranty: Bug fixes and critical issues at no additional cost
• Extended support: Available via separate maintenance agreements
